N/A – currently is referred to as “Kitty Meow” urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have a stray cat that has chosen to become trusting with a particular few people. I am taking the cat to the vet soon for an eye infection and a limp, after the vet I know I will need to house the cat for a short amount of time. The cat shows signs of wanting to become socialized…I do not have the means to permanently keep another cat at this time. I have limited space, plus I already have 3 cats and 2 dogs. Also, financially supporting an additional animal would not be feasible at this time. She would not be suited to be adopted out of a shelter. The cat needs patience, love and compassion to help become more socialized.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Other notes

This petite cat has become trusting with a particular few people and hides from everyone else. The cat shows signs of wanting to become socialized and off the street, so I took on the responsibility of trying find it a forever home, as it deserves. And if I cannot find it’s forever home at least find it a better equipped foster home. It seeks people who treat it kindly and do not push it’s boundaries. This cat needs patience and love to come out of it’s shell. It was found outside, in a dangerous industrial area, where it seems people were mistreating the cat. It waits for me everyday to feed it and give it affection, just out of touching distance. It has been a month and the cat has made INCREDIBLE strides in becoming a socialized cat. Food, compassion and respect is the way to this little cat’s heart. Absolutely stunning appearance with beautiful blue/green eyes and dirty white socks on it’s paws.
