Why is Fostering Needed?

I just had a baby and I am overwhelmed and unable to give my precious dogs the love and attention they deserve. Need someone to foster them until I am able to move from my apartment into a house with a yard. My partner of ten years left me and I am alone now and don’t have help right now.
