Zero urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I love him and dedicated so much time and affection to him. However I’m a college student and my parents don’t know how to take care of him the way he needs to be taken care of.

He’s very loving and likes to play. Friendly with people and dogs. Never has been around cats so I’m not sure about that one. He will try to eat stuff from the floor and he is a leash biter. He’s extremely smart but can be hard headed. Consistency is key with him. He would like to be in a home where the correct amount of time and effort are put into taking care of him. I think all the more hardheaded behaviors are because of lack of play and stimulation.
