Why is Fostering Needed?

My son’s girlfriend is homeless and her pets (1 dog and 4 cats) are living in a car. We are unable to take them in because of our rental agreement, plus we have a cat just diagnosed with diabetes so it would stress her out.

Other Notes

Grain free meow mix, occasion wet food, rare raw boneless chicken. Pine pellets litter. He does go on walked on leash and harness and loves rolling on cement. He does need medical care but im saving up for it and its nothing serious.
