Wylo and Gigi urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am currently homeless and pregnant and have a rescue who is willing to take my dogs but I must wait almost two weeks until they can. I cannot get into a homeless shelter until my dogs have found where to stay.

How long is fostering needed for?

Wylo is a medium sized dog that can be shy. He enjoys his personal space but once he comes around he’s a big love bug. He is not great on a leash but he’s also not horrible with it either. He will try to pull when he sees something that catches his eye. He is dog friendly but only with dogs that do not have high energy. Now Gigi is a husky pit mix and she is such a lady but is selective with people. She is dog friendly and loves to hike. She is unsure of strangers when it comes to being confined in a spot. To get to really know her you’ll have to meet her in an open area and give her some high rewarding treats. Gigi pulls when on a leash but knows how to walk with prongs. Both dogs do not do well with cats or smaller animals. Wylo is not usually fond of children since he does enjoy his space. Gigi is okay with kids as she’s been around my nephews. They are both kennel trained and house trained.
