Why is Fostering Needed?

My son’s girlfriend is homeless and her pets (1 dog and 4 cats) are living in a car. We are unable to take them in because of our rental agreement, plus we have a cat just diagnosed with diabetes so it would stress her out.

Other Notes

Hard grain free meow mix, occasion wet food, rare raw boneless chicken. He is partly. Hes a loner but loves attention.
