White dog needs a foster home

Harley is a six month old unspayed medium mixed breed female weighing 47 pounds. Harley was recently surrendered with her sister because their family could no longer care for her. Harley is very nervous in the shelter environment and I would like to secure a foster for her prior to acceptance. She is nervous with people but is very social. I used my best baby talk voice while sitting on the floor and she crawled into my lap and gave me lots of kisses. She loves belly rubs and pets. She will need a patient foster that is willing to let her dictate the speed of interactions. She will probably need a safe space set up in a foster home to get settled in. We don’t have much history on her so we are not sure if she is housetrained. She may be but too afraid to go outside initially so we can provide puppy pads if needed. She should be available for foster once we secure a foster home for her, most likely Friday or Saturday. Please contact us for next steps.
