walter urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

i am a veteran in recovery, and just had a baby 3 months ago. someone has been fostering walter for the last three months for me but is now deploying (their in the marines) in one week and i just got the news. i am two months away from getting a place of my own and being able to take walter back but as of now i live in a sober living with my babyboy and they dont allow dogs here. im currently desperate and so worried i wont find someone in time to help take my second baby(which is walter). my pooch has the second half of my heart, ive been with him from 6weeks born, everyday all day – up until the day i had my son. he’s my bestfriend and i pray i can get some assistance from someone who will love and take care of walter how i do.

walter is relatively easy to take care of. he loves to play and be cuddley. he’s still just a pup so he does sometimes have alot of energy. he is a husky so he does shed alot thats the only downfall. but hes such a sweetheart. he likes walks and sticks, and loves his butt scratched just like any pooch. he’s perfectly healthy and eats normal doggy food(ive switched up the brands a few times and he’s always reacted very well to it).
