Virgina urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My apartment complex found out we have to many animals.

Virginia is super sweet and loves cuddles. She was found outside of my apartment. She is quiet and loves hanging out by herself. She does not jump very high and loves laying on the sofa. She has a sensitive spot on her butt/tail area and she will let you know if she is unhappy with the touch. She also has a head tilt but she does not let that get in the way.
