Utah urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have been asked to shortly re-home but temporarily board my dog by my landlord. Prior to this request, my dog had been explicitly allowed.

Other notes

Utah is a highly energetic, sweet dog. He is playful and engaged, knows “sit,” “stay,” “wait,” “take,” “paw,” and “lay.” Despite many efforts, he tugs and darts on-leash and is leash-reactive as well. He is generally friendly towards people (off-leash) and even dogs when off-leash, though dog parks and multi-pet homes are generally a no unless it is a known companion. He loves to play tug, fetch, and seems to chase his tail daily.
