Tucker urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I’m living with my grandmother and can’t be home every day to care for him. I’m actively looking for somewhere to move where I can bring him with me and be more present. I just can’t do it where I’m at.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

Other notes

Tucker is a very happy, hyper pup. He’s a little over a year old. He barks at pretty much everything outside but when he’s inside, he’s usually pretty quiet. He’s potty trained to the point where if he needs to go out at night, he’ll nudge me to take him out. He’s wary of new people and will bark at them but once he gets a good sniff of them, he warms right up and is best friends with them.
I had a cat when I first got Tucker and he never wanted to hurt the cat but he definitely wanted to play and the cat was not a fan so I don’t recommend him being around cats. I personally haven’t had him around any other dogs so I’m not sure how he would act. Also, when I got him, his original owner said he nipped at their kid, but he’s been around my 4 year old nephew and other kids and never nipped or hurt them. He’s just hyper and likes to jump. I’ve been trying to work on training him not to do that.
