Toretto urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have to move this week and staying with my friend for one or two months. Her landlord doesnt allow pets.

Toretto is laid back and is a chill cat. He will let you know if he’s hungry. He chatters a lot when he wants something.
