Why is Fostering Needed?

Moved out state due to an ended domestic partnership. Family not allowing pets. I am looking to foster a dog that I did rescue from someone else due to not properly taking care of him. I am just needing a home for Taz until Christmas at the latest.

Other Notes

He does have frequent lucid dreams regardless of the time of day. So he does cry in his sleep occasionally and growl, but when woken up he is not aggressive
