Why is fostering needed?

I’m living with a friend while I battle homelessness. I have a cat and dog and family and friends are not willing to help me. My dog and cat help with my anxiety

Pretty sweet chip cat, loves to cuddle and purrs a lot!!! Loves to climb and give kisses. He has not been around other cats before
