Spike urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My mother does not want my dog in her house due to behavioral issues.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few weeks

He’s very sweet and friendly. He’s willing to try but doesn’t have basic obedience. He does have a bathroom issue. He also has a skin issue but seems to be healing well. We have food, shampoo and conditioner for his skin, leashes and toys.
