Smokey urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have been homeless since January of this year and my cat Smokey has been in a foster care program through the San Diego Humane Society. I still have not found a place to live and I need to find someone who can take care of my fur baby until I do find a place to live. Smokey is my son’s ESA pet as well as mine, and I feel horrible that he can’t stay with us but we have been living in our small car.

How long is fostering needed for?

Smokey is a bit shy when he first meets someone new. He warms up to you after a while and if you have any treats it’s double points. Smokey is loving, goofy, smart, and has a great personality. He likes to cuddle and loves to chase a laser light point.
