Sergeant urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am currently dogsitting my sister’s beagle while she is unable to care for him, but I am not able to provide a stable, happy home for him.

How long is fostering needed for?

Sergeant is a lovable dog but he needs a home without other dogs. He has chronic pancreatitis so he needs to be on a low fat diet (current food is Diamond Naturals Light). He loves broccoli, green peppers, and blueberries as snacks. He needs space and freedom, he does not do well if confined in a room or crate. He does not mind cats, he’s lived with them for many years. He has arthritis in his limbs but is still very active. He loves to run, and he loves fuzzy/squeaky toys. He’s not a fan of hard or durable toys. He is very good about going outside to go potty.
