Serenity urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering Needed?

I was supposed to purchase a home but the sale fell through. My brother has allowed me and my son to stay with him for a few months while I get everything situated to start the process over. I cannot bring my dog to my brother’s house as he has two pit bulls at his home currently and one of which is dog aggressive and has already tried to attack my dog. I found a foster for my dog but it is not working out as it is not a good environment for her due to her not being fed properly, the other dogs in the household and other people coming in and out of the fosters home allow her to get loose on a busy road. My dog is about to be 4 years old in July I have had her since she was 6 weeks old. She is a my sons ESA as he has health issues I am trying everything in my power to keep her and find a temporary home for her. Please if there is any help let me know?

She is deaf so she is unable to hear other than really high pitched noises and vibrations.
