Scruffy needs a foster home

Scruffy is a small mixed breed 11 year old male. Scruffy seems very friendly towards people. He lived with 4 other dogs so he should be ok around other dogs. We don’t have much more information. He should get adopted quickly, we just need to make space at the shelter.
