Scrappy doo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My landlord is not allowing dogs anymore but I move within a month and need temporary home for my dog

Scrappy doo is ENERGETIC, fun , super clingy he loves laying under you , protective , super smart can teach him just about anything besides talking
