Why is Fostering Needed?

We are moving to another state, and can not move in 12/7. Need someone to care for him until we move.

Other Notes

He is an indoor/outdoor, he loves scratching under his neck, and he loves to have his tail pulled upward. He lives with 3 dachshunds, which he tolerates them. He not a picky eater. And being away from his family, I know know how he would react to other pets or children.
