Why is fostering needed?

i currently don’t have a home for me or my pet at the moment just need sum help until im back on my feet

he’s a very happy dog, loves to play & nap. he can be energetic most times & get carried away. he barks to tell u wen he wanna go outside, eat or anything of that matter.
