Roscoe urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
My dog is very nervous and anxious. I’ve tried to implement advice and tips from a trainer, but I cannot control him. He will bark and pull on his leash whenever people and dogs are around, to the point where some people have been afraid of him. He needs more dedicated behavioral training than I’m able to provide at this time, but he is loving once he gets used to you. I also live in a busy neighborhood and do not think this is the best environment for him.
How long is fostering needed for?
Long term
Other notes
Roscoe would do well in a quiet home with a fenced yard or have access to a fenced area for him to run without other dogs. He is taking medication for diarrhea, but it has drastically improved and is only taking the medicine to finish the course. Roscoe is crate trained, and house trained within the sections of my apartment that I let him have access to. He’s about 28 pounds, up to date on vaccinations but will need a heartworm checkup soon.
