River urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I had to have knee surgery and the healing time is much more than expected. I’m looking for temporary housing until I’m permitted to walk again.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few weeks

River is high energy and loves to play, but he also loves a good nap as well. He is crate trained. He is the sweetest boy who loves giving kisses, but he is also stubborn and listens best to stern tones. No bite history. He will want to greet every dog he sees, but he will need to be soothed so he doesn’t get too worked up. He has never had an encounter with a cat before.
