Why is Fostering Needed?

Navy sailor going to shore duty in Japan but not allowed to bring my pet.

Riley is a no cage bunny that needs a lot of room to run around. She is a high energy bunny who prefers to be around other low energy pets. She will come when called and can sit, spin, kiss (lick your nose), and hop up on furniture on command, for treats of course. She loves for her ears and head to be pet and will sit with you for hours if you do.
