Red urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

The other day, while walking my boy dog a woman rode past us on a motorized scooter really fast. We were able to stop him for a couple seconds but his leash ended up breaking and he took off after the scooter. He ended up knocking the person off of their scooter ultimately scaring the crap out of her. Due to that, they are requiring us to get rid of him or move. We have 4000 left on our lease and we would still be required to pay that if we left. We don’t want to lose him. But we cannot afford to move and still pay for the lease here. Need help asap

He isn’t neutered, he is potty trained, he gets a long with my two dogs great, he can be a little barky and excited when he sees dogs and he is on a leash otherwise he is fine. He won’t get up on the bed or couch unless you basically pull him up. He wasn’t allowed on furniture in his other home, so the first time we pulled him on our bed he actually threw up. He likes to swim, he loves food. He loves to snuggle. He doesn’t like getting in trouble, he will hide. He doesn’t really bark unless he sees a dog on a walk. He likes to carry around a rope toy..
