Rafa urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I just moved to San Diego, and as I am looking for an apartment the place I am currently staying at does not welcome pets

How long is fostering needed for?

He is still a puppy, so he has high energy and a few hours at the dog park will do. He is very social and likes to cuddle,. He is also potty trained as well
