Why is fostering needed?

Leaving an unsafe living condition. Temporary residency does not allow pets and we are in the process of finding a home that allows pets

Puka and Roxy are two sisters that are best friends. They love to do everything together. They both love catching bugs and snuggles. Roxy loves everyone she meets and Puka does as well but sometimes need a little longer to warm up before she gives all her love and affection over. They are both super good girls when it comes to the litter box. They love each other and everyone in the household. They are also great with the dogs they have met so far.
