Phil urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

Phil, a community cat, showed up on my porch about 20 months ago. After getting deathly ill, I brought him inside to rehab him. He’s such a sweet snuggly boy, however, he’s an alpha male and so is my other cat. The two get into fights that have caused serious injuries to both. I will be leaving for 3 months at the end of May and do not feel comfortable leaving the two alone with only a 30 min visit from the cat sitter. I am looking for someone who can take Phil during this time (or sooner) and might be able to help find him a new home. He takes liquid steroids every third day and requires a prescription food diet due to severe Inflammatory Bowel Disease from living on the streets most of his life. His care is really pretty simple yet many people have been turned off once I tell them he’s on medication. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Other notes

Phil is a sweet ol boy looking for someone to snuggle with. He’s spent most of his life on the streets but has gotten quite accustomed to staying indoors. He loves playing with his catnip banana, gets the cutest zoomies when it’s cold out, and will sleep on your pillow if you let him.
