Pete urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am away for half of the month for my job.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Pete makes the perfect “buddy” dog! He’s an active and lively dog who loves car rides, going for walks, runs, and hikes. He would literally snuggle next to you all day on the couch. He lives with 2 cats but liked to chase them at first. But now they rule over him! The people at the boarders say that he gets along with the other dogs when they play. When I walk him, there are times when he is protective of me when some dogs get too close. He is great with people and will get very attached. Maybe he would be best with older children since I have never seen him with little ones. His vet put him on fluoxetine when I first got him because of anxiety but could probably be weaned off since he doesn’t have those symptoms any longer.
