Perla urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I was watching her for a friend of mine whose dad died but I am unable to look after her. She is very skittish and shy. She is not updated on her vaccine.

Other notes

Does not like to be in crate. Very skittish and shy but sweet.
