Why is fostering needed?

Im moving and cannot take her with me

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

She’s very sweet and quiet, loves cuddles and is playful. She has a hard time with the litter box and rarely uses it. She is also cross eyed. She is lovable and kind. She’s never shown aggression of any kind.
