Why is Fostering Needed?

I’m a merchant mariner who works 28 days at sea and 28 days at home. I had a roommate that took care of my cat when I was at work. I am moving to a new apartment and cannot have a roommate. I would like to find a temporary home for her while I’m at work, or possibly a new permanent home.
