Pauly urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am unable and to have him at the moment due to housing the process I am going through to keep him is going to take about a week

Other notes

He is very playful and friendly, haven’t heard him show aggression yet. He was found in a parking lot very hungry. I’ve had him for about a week and he’s doing a lot better. He has potty pads, cage, toys, he knows how to use the pads. And is pretty good about going to the bathroom outside. He likes fetch and will sit for a treat
