Oswald (Ozzy) needs a foster home

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Pulled from the shelter 12/24. Has some scarring on his face- believed he could have been abused. Doesn’t have interest in playing with toys or other dogs. Was overwhelmed at snapped at foster dog in the house, also snapped at shelter worker upon intake.
Afraid of loud noises. Likes to cuddle, curious of the cat in the house, doesn’t seem to get into mischief. Wounds on neck suggest he had some sort of chain around it. Should be an only dog and no small children.
