Oliver urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

Hi I’m 23 years old and have been addicted to i.v. heroin for over 5 years straight. I have an opportunity to go to rehab and change my life but I cannot leave my dog at my house with my family. I do not trust that they’ll give him the love and support that he’ll need being away from me for up to a month. I’m looking for someone to take him on walks and give him the love he’d normally be getting from me. Some place that’s warm. He does well with other dogs and is a sweetheart with people. Thank you.

He takes Dasuquin for his joints and allergy supplement treats for his skin allergies every day. He does well with other dogs and people. Haven’t had him around kids much so I can’t say whether or not he’d be okay. Let’s go with no for the unknown. I’d like somewhere close to San Diego if possible so I can come and visit him throughout his stay. He loves his treats and head scratches. He’s my baby. Please be good to him. Also, he’s over 90 pounds.
