Nugget urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have been feeding a male cat for two years outside my home (caught and had him fixed a year ago), and I am moving. I am worried that he will not have anyone to care for him after I move, because I have never been able to figure out where he came from and he was very young when he showed up in my yard. He is probably about two years old and I would like to take him to a rescue organization before I just leave him to fend for himself!
