Why is Fostering Needed?

My neighbor moved out and abandoned his dog. I have other animals and can unfortunately not keep her here until she can be adopted.

Other Notes

She is super sweet, housebroken, and great on a leash. She loves other dogs, but needs to be separated while eating – she is a little food aggressive. She deserves far better than what her owner has put her through.
