Not sure urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am the Director of Homeless services program looking to assist client who needs two small dogs fostered so that she can go to a 90 day inpatient treatment facility.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

The dogs we are currently trying to find a foster for we need to be cared for for 90 days while their mom goes to an inpatient treatment facility. She is currently homeless so these dogs have not had a lot of training and have obviously experienced trauma but once they warm up to you, they are very sweet. They have not had any experiences around children yet, but the owner informed me that they do not like other dogs or cats. I believe this is something they can be trained to get used to, but again due to their living circumstances I wanted to know that as well.
