Murphy urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

Drastic change in work hours and scheduling in the last two months have led to Murphy developing anxiety and increasing aggression. He is GREAT when we are home and give him appropriate time for exercise/play, but we unfortunately cannot do that most days. He is a high energy dog and needs more space. We hate seeing our schedules turn him into a different dog, it’s not fair to him.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Murphy is a high energy pup who loves car rides, running, kong toys filled with peanut butter, and pup cups from Starbucks. He needs consistent exercise/play, and our schedules unfortunately cannot give him that. During long work days where we can only take him on short to medium walks, he develops anxiety and aggression. We do not feel he should go to a home with children. He is GREAT when we are home and can give him the exercise he needs. His behavior change is our fault and not his. He does great with our two cats, and does well with all other dogs at his daycare. He is vocal and takes a bit of time to relax around another dog, but is not aggressive. He is fully up to date on all vaccinations and is a healthy boy. He is not neutered. We are exhausting all efforts to find him a forever home and refuse to send him to a shelter, but desperately need a new home for him now. He is house trained, walks well on a leash, and has a huge appetite (very food motivated). Please consider fostering Murphy and helping he be the best dog he can.
