Ms. Wilson urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

New female dog recently not getting along with elderly female dog in the home.

How long is fostering needed for?

Long term

Other notes

Ms. Wilson is a cuddle bug with a lot of energy. Needs daily walks (at least twice a day), or playing ball in the yard (she has become an expert soccer player!). She is house trained, will go on pee pad if needed. She is good with people and other large dogs, but unfortunately not smaller animals. She often chases the squirrels, rabbits and chipmunks in the yard, so will need a fenced yard, or leashed. We have been training her not to jump on people, but when she is very excited it is hard for her to remember not to jump for kisses, so being in a home with small children isn’t ideal. She is more play motivated than food motivated. And can be jealous when other dogs get your attention.
She knows commands of sit, stay, down, come and home. She will also paw at the hand that has the treat if asked.
She will cuddle on top of your feet during dinner often does not beg for food. When she is able to get her energy out, she will cuddle with you at the end of the day. If not, she will often bring you a toy/ball to play with her, or a bone for you to hold while she chews on it.
