Mr. Bean needs a foster home

Mr. Bean is a 1 year old mixed breed male weighing 32 pounds. Mr Bean appears to be crate trained. He knows sit and walks decently on the leash. He just had neuter surgery so needs a few more days to recover before playing but he had a nice friendly relaxed walk with Lucy and seems to like other dogs. He is a higher energy dog. He is a friendly boy and should get adopted quickly but I would love to give him a break from the shelter.
