Mocha urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

The owner has a terminal illness and is no longer able to care for his dogs. He needs to rehome his dogs ASAP. He and his sister (me writing on behalf of Ed here) would like to avoid surrendering them to a shelter. These dogs are located in Raleigh. We need to rehome them sooner or later, but until end of February it would really really help if someone could foster Mocha and Hoagie. I am his sister from Germany and I can take care of them until 02/17 or 02/18.
Mocha is a 13 yr old pittie mix. She is HW-, 42lbs, up to date on vaccinations, and spayed. Mocha is potty trained and likes to cuddle on the couch and sleep with her owner! She is good with children and strangers. She’s good on a leash. She behaves more like a cat than a dog. 😉
