MJ urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

This is for my brother’s cat. He died unexpectedly last week. Fostering would buy us some time to find a long-term home for her.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Other notes

A foster home is needed for MJ the cat. Her owner died unexpectedly last week. He loved MJ very much and spent nearly all of his time with her. MJ is missing her person greatly and needs a loving place to stay while we search for a permanent home. MJ is fairly independent and can be aloof, but also likes to be pet. She can be playful and likes toys and treats. She has some attitude and can be feisty at times, but overall, is a loving companion. MJ has glaucoma in her right eye and needs eye drops once a day. She is litterbox trained and used to apartment living. MJ is up to date on all vaccines and has had routine vet care. MJ has not been around other pets or small children on a regular basis. She has had interactions with one dog and neither MJ nor the dog were friendly with each other.
