Milo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am moving from Miami to Atlanta and the place i will be staying does no allow dogs. I need help until I rent an apartment

He never been with cats before.
He loves to sleep on the couch.
He loves to play and zoomies.
He is 101lbs, big dog.
He is crate training, potty training.
He goes out 3 time per day.
He eats 2 times per day.
