Mia (pit) Marla (aussie) urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
Good afternoon. Our situation is a bit out of the ordinary- Last weekend my former roommate, in a rage, left my pets outside locked in their crates in below freezing weather for an unknown amount of time. I have had to move as myself and dogs are not safe around this person. I have exhausted every public resource and spoken to countless shelters about emergency temporary foster care and been told over & over that there is no availability and my only option would be to surrender them. I’ve had both of them since they were puppies and am doing everything in my power to avoid losing them. They are currently staying with a friend but they cannot keep them any longer. I need some time to figure out a more stable arrangement for them while I find and secure safe housing. Thank you in advance
How long is fostering needed for?
A few weeks
Other notes
Mia & Marla have lived together since they were puppies, they are very bonded to each other. They mostly enjoy laying around the house & relaxing. They are both kennel trained, housebroken and obedience trained. They love people but are shy and frightened by most bigger dogs.
