Major urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My friend who was helping me take care of my dog passed away so not only am I now experiencing homelessness, I now don’t have a sitter for my dog. Plus my dogs co-owner is currently in jail so I have nowhere to keep him and don’t want us to have to live in the car. I just need someone who will treat him good and can look after him until I get enough money to get us a place. I work everyday so it shouldn’t take me long but without help it’s nearly impossible.

Major’s a sweet dog that loves people and playing with other dogs. He’s got a lot of energy and he loves to run around and play. He’s house broken and knows how to let you know when he has to use the potty. He likes to cuddle and sleep in bed. He’s not fully trained but he can follow basic commands like Sit and Down. He definitely has a bit of a stubborn side sometimes like most “kids” his age but he’s very intelligent and he learns quickly. He comes from a home with a lot of love and he gets a lot of attention and treats and toys, so yes he’s a bit spoiled but he’s a dog that enjoys the simple things. A game of fetch, a nice long walk, a licky mat reward, a chewy squeaky toy and he’s all yours.
I’m going through a hard time right now and love My lil butt butt to no end but I need to work to provide and survive and without my co parent here to help me with him it’s very hard. Sending him with someone was not my first option by any means but I’m trusting there will be someone who will love and care for my baby while I get back on my feet. I work hard everyday to take care of us and I just need some support so that I can do what I need to do and continue giving my boy the best life I can.
