Maggie urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My dad had emergency open heart surgery and he will need to be hospitalized for 4-8 weeks.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

Other notes

We call her WAGGIE MAGGIE because she is always so happy and wagging her tail. She’s the sweetest loving doggie who just wants to be next to you. She is fully house & potty trained. She has been to boarding facilities and Rover boarding homes. She is a chill dog who doesn’t require much attention (she’s kinda lazy lol) . She just likes to be near you. She does jump up with excitement when you are putting her leash on for walks and does pull a little when being walked on the leash (shes is strong) Although she doesn’t need to go on walks if you have a fenced yard she likes to just hang out in the sun and she will go potty out there. She has been boarded at other facilities and was also boarded for 2 weeks at another rover home. This rover home had a small terrier. The woman who watched her said they got along fine and just ignored each other. Shes not on any kind of feeding schedule and takes 1 med a day for allergies but other than that has no special needs. She normally lives at home with my dad who just had an emergency open heart and will need to be in the hospital for 4-8 weeks. He is not an active person so Maggie is used to just hanging around the house but will play if you are willing lol. She lovessss kids are car rids. Not sure how she does around cats.
