Why is fostering needed?

I’m looking for a loving home for my cat while I’m in the hospital fighting cancer

Let her come to you, don’t show interest, let her check you out. Move slowly and speak softly until she’s comfortable. Once she trusts you, she loves being pet and especially playing with you.
