Why is fostering needed?

I recently got divorced and can’t keep the two cats at my home. They are sisters and very cute well behaved cats.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Two cute one year old cats. They are sisters and have always been together. Luna is a calico and Chelsea is a Tortoiseshell. Right now they’re living in my unfinished basement because my ex husband abandoned them after the divorce and they don’t get along with my dog. I am not able to afford caring for them as I am out of town a lot and can’t afford to have someone watch all three animals.
